Progressive replacement of the building management systems (BMS) installed in 1998.
Adjustment of heating and cooling controls: no heating or cooling production when outdoor temperatures are between 16°C and 21°C; adjustment of the control thresholds from +3°C/−3°C to +2°C/−2°C.
Optimisation of the water loop to recover heat from the more exposed façades, alongside optimisation of the water temperature control curve.
Optimisation of chilled water production and storage: storage at night and release in the morning.
Optimisation of water treatment.
Engagement of building teams—including security, fire safety, technical maintenance and cleaning—in energy-saving initiatives.
